Application of 0.6/1kv xlpe/pvc power cable
1. PVC power(fire resistant) cables suitable for electrical power transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage U0/U up to and including 0.6/1 kV.
Note: the single core armored cables are used for D.C. system only. As for A.C. system, armor layer should be used of non-magnetic material or magnetic isolation measures.
2. It to be used for outdoor and indoor installation in damp and wet locations, in tunnel, in down wells,cable furrow or pipe,underground.
Structure of 0.6/1kv Power Cable
Core: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3+1, 3+2, 4+1, cores
Conductor: Aluminum/Copper/Tinned Copper
Section Area (mm 2 ): 1.5mm – 630mm
Insulation: PVC/XLPE/ FR (Flame retardant PVC )
Sheath: PVC/PE
Sheath Color: Black or Colors.
Standard: ASTM, IEC 60502, BS, DIN, or others as per customer’s country
Working:
1.The long time working temperature is at 90℃, suffer short circuit (within 5 seconds), the temperature of core can not higher than 250℃.
2. The ambient temperature should not lower than -10℃
3. The laying temperature should not lower than 0℃
4. Single core’s bend radius with no armor should not exceed 20D,single core’s bend radius with armor should not exceed than 15D,three cores’ bend radius with armorshould not exceed 12D.
